Start a Return

You'll need: 
• The order number
• the Zip code used on the order

 

You can find your order number in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

 

 

By following the steps on our Returns page, you will be offered 2 return options: 1) Drop off at a local “Return Bar” for immediate refund or 2) print a UPS return label and drop off with a UPS collection point.  Both options are free of charge. Items sent back to us without using one of the above options will not be accepted. Multiple returns under different order numbers must be returned in separate boxes using the prepaid label that corresponds to the purchasing order number. Combining return items from different order numbers into one package may result in lost product and/or a denied refund.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.  Returns are accepted for purchases made on https://grundens.com.  Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.


*Please only return items using the methods outlined in this policy. Our warehouse cannot accept direct returns or returns not created using the online return process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Grundéns offers "like-for-like" item exchanges, which means you can exchange your item for the same style at an equal price in a different color or size, if available. Please note that exchanges can only be sent to the address on the original order. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order separately following the return process above.

Refunds

Once your return has been received at a Return Bar location or accepted/scanned by UPS, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@grundens.com. Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, gift cards, items that have been worn or, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
