Shipping Policy

Our Distribution Center is located in Tacoma, WA.  Standard shipping delivery ranges from 3-4 business days within Pacific and Mountain states, up to 5-7 business days for Central and Eastern states. We work hard to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

Holiday Delivery Dates

To receive your order in time for Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, see the below deadlines for different levels of shipping:


Standard Shipping: December 13th
3 Day Select: December 17th
2nd Day Air: December 19th
Next Day Air: December 20st


*Please note: Our carriers (USPS and UPS) do not consider the day your order leaves our warehouse to be a day in transit.


For example, if you order on a Monday morning and we ship it that same Monday with 2nd Day Air, your package is expected to be delivered by end of day Wednesday. If you order on a Friday afternoon and your package is shipped the following Monday with 2nd Day Air, your package is also expected to be delivered by end of day Wednesday.

Same Day Shipments

Can be expected if the order is placed by 1pm ET (10:00 AM PT) on a normal business day (M-F). Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm ET or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.

Shipping Options & Rates 

Are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Free standard shipping is provided for orders of $100 before taxes and after any discounts applied. If your order total was brought to under $100 after a discount code was applied, the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. 

Our standard shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. If you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, we will automatically ship with USPS. 

*Please note: our carriers (USPS and UPS) do not consider the day your order leaves our warehouse to be a day in transit. For example, if you select UPS Next Day Air on an order placed on a Friday after 1pm ET, your order will leave our warehouse the following business day, a non-holiday Monday, and should be delivered the next day, Tuesday.

Military Addresses

APO/FPO addresses ship with USPS. Costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if our email to you is there. Packages are delivered without a signature required to provide greater customer convenience. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please call Customer Service at (800) 323-7327 and request a signature requirement be added to your order.

Delayed Shipments

Shipments may experience delays due to:

(i) An issue with your order such as a need for additional payment verification which causes a processing delay.


(ii) If the order was placed between Thanksgiving and the following Tuesday (the vast majority of these orders will ship on the same Business Day if placed by 1 PM ET but there is a chance it will only ship two Business days after order placement).


(iii) Circumstances beyond the control of Grundèns including, but not limited to, COVID-19, extreme weather events, facility damage, shipping carrier mistakes or software outages, and any other third-party problems that would affect our ability to process orders and are outside of our control.
