Returns and Exchanges
Returns are easy. Please Click HERE to create your pre-paid UPS return label, then put the gear you’d like to return in the mail. As usual, your account will be reimbursed upon receipt of original items. This does not include Outlet items.

• No need to pick up the phone!
• Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the return package.
• Drop the return package off at the specified mailing facility or drop-off box.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
• Please follow the RETURN instructions above to create a pre-paid UPS return label to send back the item for which you need a different size, color or product.
• Visit Grundens.com to purchase your exchange
• You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your return and your refund has been processed.
• Grundéns is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact UPS.
• We do not accept exchanges or refund for product purchased from other retailers or online stores.
• Returns must be in new condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn/laundered items unless a manufacturing defect is found.
